Drone photography / Commercial property aerials

Aerial photos and video of your commercial property.

Aerials of a commercial building, plaza, lot, warehouse or multi-family show access, parking, frontage and neighbors in a way a ground photo cannot. They suit leasing, sales packages, lenders, websites and insurance files.

What you get

What is in the package.

Best for: Owners and brokers of retail, office, industrial and multi-family property, property managers, and businesses that want a hero image for their site.

  • Aerial stills of the building, lot, parking, access and surroundings
  • Optional short video flyover or branded video
  • Edited files by download link, with rights to use them for your own marketing
  • Shots planned for what the audience needs: leasing, a sale, a lender, or a website

The honest limit. Flights near busy streets, rail lines or people need planning and sometimes authorization. We will not promise a shot that would break FAA rules.

Price

What it typically costs.

$400 to $1,500 is the draft range for Greater Boston (per property), with about $750 typical.

Larger sites and multi-building properties land at the high end.

Included: Marketing stills, 60 to 120 second edited video, Insurance certificate on request.

Draft ranges researched from published pilot prices (Massachusetts where available, otherwise national), not a quote or a guarantee. Your written quote comes from the pilot who takes the job.

Questions

Common questions.

Can I use the photos in my marketing?

Yes. Ask the pilot to confirm the usage rights in writing before you book.

Can the drone fly over my parking lot while it is busy?

Flights over people and moving traffic are restricted. Early mornings and weekends are often best for clean shots.

Do I need a permit?

The FAA, not the town, controls airspace, but the pilot may need FAA authorization depending on where you are. See our town pages for the airspace near each of the eight towns.
