Drone photography / Construction progress photos
Aerial progress photos for your build.
A repeat aerial shoot, same angles on a set schedule (weekly, every two weeks or monthly), gives owners, lenders and builders a clear record of how a site is progressing. Because the angles repeat, changes are easy to see side by side.
What you get
What is in the package.
Best for: Homeowners building or renovating, developers and builders reporting to a lender or investors, and contractors who want a record of a site.
- The same set of angles on each visit, so photos compare cleanly
- Optional short video of each visit, or a time-lapse style sequence of the photo sets
- Files by download link, named by date, on a schedule you choose
- Price per visit, with a lower rate for a repeating schedule
The honest limit. Active construction sites may limit when and where a drone can fly. Check with your builder and site rules first, and expect no flights over workers.
Price
What it typically costs.
$250 to $850 is the draft range for Greater Boston (per visit), with about $400 typical.
Recurring visits (weekly or bi-weekly) are usually discounted. Mapping and 3D models are extra.
Included: Fixed set of photos from agreed positions, Consistent angles visit to visit, Optional short video.
Draft ranges researched from published pilot prices (Massachusetts where available, otherwise national), not a quote or a guarantee. Your written quote comes from the pilot who takes the job.
Questions
Common questions.
How often should I shoot?
Large builds often use a monthly set; fast-moving jobs use weekly. A single-family build is often fine monthly.
Can the same pilot return each time?
We will ask for the same pilot where possible. Repeat angles are what make progress photos useful.
Do you need access to the site?
Usually the pilot launches from a safe spot at or near the property. Say if there are site rules or a gate code.
